During my recent stay for a quick business trip, I found Homewood Suites very clean, and the manager was exceptionally pleasant. My room was impressively spacious, and I loved the personalization on the TV screen. the mini kitchen was a practical touch that I appreciated, making my stay even more comfortable.

The staff here are awesome and really helpful, plus the place is spotless. the rooms even have bathtubs! 🛁 It's also super close to the airport, just 0.5 miles away, making it a great choice if you have an early flight.

This place has a fantastic location right in the heart of Jackson, and it's only a mile away from C R Smith Museum.

My experience with one of the check-in agents was not as positive. I requested a room with a bathtub instead of a shower, but the agent was not accommodating at all and had a careless attitude, leading to a great disappointment on my part.

The breakfast at the hotel was definitely delicious! the set, up was very impressive and I can really commend the hotel on that. the room was very clean and nice, and the initial check, in agent was pleasant and accommodating. the bathtub issue was a big one. I asked the second check, in agent if I could get a room with a bathtub and she was not at all receptive to my request. It was quite disappointing.
